All good things, only problem is I don't really know when they are coming. I work from home and have sensitive meetings so ... if someone is coming I need to be somewhere else. But since I don't know when I just have to keep going to a private office until it's completed and this is a bit problematic since I obviously can't take all my stuff so it slows me down at work and well, I understand that things can't be perfect so I don't really mind much, but if y'all are doing surveys I'm sure other people have needs to know when someone will be in their apt. I’ve been a resident at Monterey Ranch for about 4 years now and I absolutely love it. I feel incredibly safe here, the staff ... in the leasing office are amazing and care about their residents by keeping us informed with activities going on with the property as well as providing a sense of community by hosting family oriented events open to all the residents. The maintenance staff is incredible, over my time here, I have got the chance to know a few of them individually and they know my dog and I very well. They always say hello and ask to make sure everything in my apartment is working and in good quality. I truly love living here and I highly recommend it to everyone! I like living here for the past 1.3 years and at Sedona for 1.5 years. Great maintenance response and service! I wish counters ... and cabinets would have better quality paint as they stain and chip easily. I don't think the proper material was used for the task or use in the kitchen when I moved in. We have lived at Monterey Ranch for almost 2 years and we absolutely love it here! The neighbors are super nice and the staff ... is excellent. Any time we have needed maintenance, they have responded almost immediately and completed the task in a timely manner. The Management Team always have community gatherings in an effort to get everyone involved and gives us a chance to get to know each other. This is definitely HOME to us.
