Staff is awesome and friendly. Very pleasant and helpful. The block party was awesome, hoping for another one. Would be willing ... to volunteer if needed. Thankful for the space, amenities, garbage valet and other services/ community events. Lawn services are also appreciated. I do wish people would clean after their dogs a bit more. Shell , I’ve been here for years lived in foothills and vistas on and off since 2010. my only complaint is the parking spots ... Should be bigger, and I do not like the forced Valet trash/Internet cable and insurance Oversight process. It would be nice to see the landscaping come back again from pre-freeze. . Very much appreciate the affordability and the convenient location of Highway interchange and inner city access. Have always had good Interactions with the staff.. Sometimes they have taken the place of family and referees and secretaries that help me navigate the digital world .. The coffee is good and property is well kept up by mostly fantastic maintenance people. I love the outdoor accessibility to very well kept amenities and lovely walking trails. Great Location , Maintanece is pretty good , Amenities are good Grounds are kept neat and relatively clean . I went to speak ... to the Mgr Bobby about a new lease which did not increase this year though I am paying 200.00 more for the same unit than a new tenant would .I mentioned this to the Mgr she basically said that the way it is . This is how they treat a tenant that has been here over 12 years . Make sure you ask about the amenity fee about 155.00 this is not advertised . Monterey Ranch is a place where I have called home for 7 years. I have raised two children during this time and could not ... ask for a better location and staff to deal with. All needs have been met with timeliness and courtesy given my unique situation. (Single father) I would highly recommend this apartment complex especially if you have small children.
