I came home for lunch to walk my dog. When I came back my front door keypad was beeping constantly. I felt bad leaving my ... dog at home with the beeping. I saw Jose and asked if he could help me. I also had a service call to fix the AC anda few minor issues. Gabriel and Carlos are amazing - i was at the apartment when they were working and appreciate their five star care. Monterey Ranch is a big beautiful community, quiet, nice office staff, good maintenance team, smart technology and more over ... location if fantastic, driving any place is easy and fast. Shopping, groceries, church are very near. Food this place very safe. I recommend this place for families with children as this is very suitable with swimming pools, gym, park, play area, etc., We are extremely happy to stay here and hope to stay for long. Thank you. Front office is SUPER helpful and kind. Maintenance staff is hard working and timely in fixing any issues. My one hope would ... be residential hallways being pressure washed. Birds have nested in many of these walk throughs leaving them covered in mud from their nests and poop. Unfortunately I am moving back to CA soon, but if I could stay in Texas I wanted to stay here. Location and amenities are ... amazing! Community is good as well. Office is nice and friendly. My initial experience was with Celeste who showed me the unit I had submitted my application for. She was very thorough and explained the process once we finished the tour of the property. I cannot say enough good things about Celeste, who represented Monterrey Ranch very well. The community is very pleasant and quiet, which is a welcome change from the last community I lived in. The amenities I cannot say enough good things about. I was paying more at my previous complex and with no amenities like what we get here. I like the fact of this being a gated community. The staff I had contact with as well have been outstanding. Chad, Ashley and I believe it is Laura, have been the other staff members I have interacted with. My wife and I recently moved into the Monterey Ranch apartments. Our experience with each staff member with whom we worked ... during the application and move-in process was excellent. They were supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make the process as smooth and positive as possible. We found our apartment to be very clean and fully "move-in" ready. The parking is plentiful, and the amenities are substantial. I highly recommend Monterey Ranch if you're looking for a nice apartment, close to Austin, that is reasonably priced and provides significant value for the buck.
